" LUGAR MUST SUPPORT WIFE. Glen Cove, L. L, December 30—C. Augustus Lugar, a resident of this village, was arraigned beforo Justice of E. Luyster this morning, charged by his Wife, Flor- ence Lugar, with desertion and non- support. Mrs. Lugar charges' her hus- band deserted her on July 15, leaving ....Mrs. Rogers Is a mid- aged 15. Prior to Mr, Lugar's alleged desertion his large garage and the Lugar residence were sold under fore- closure on July 12 last ......Justice Luyster ordered Mr. Lugar to pay his wife a sum to be agreed upon each week, for a year. Mr. and Mrs. Lugar were married about nineteen years ago. Mrs Lugar was Miss Florence Mershon. daughter of the late W"
